2. Check the worker and the constraints

Review role and availability, then verify fatigue and assignment constraints. An available worker still needs those checks.
3. Save the reviewed assignment and check coverage again

Apply the agreed cover to the affected dates, then review the planner to confirm the result and any remaining gaps. These cropped screenshots show the review points before an assignment is made.

The detail behind the daily plan

More of your operation,
in one place.

Explore the settings, records and administration around your roster. Open each area to see what to prepare and what to confirm with our team.

01 · Configure your operation

Sites & work codes

Bring site demand, roles, rotations and work codes into the planning process.

Explore this area

Set up the locations and role requirements your team plans against. Review work-code use, rotation patterns and site settings during onboarding.

What should we prepare?

Your site list, required positions, rotation anchors, shift details and work-code definitions. We can review a sample during your demonstration.

Discuss this in a demo
02 · Connect the right people

People & access

Worker profiles, company-managed mobile credentials and role-based platform access.

Explore this area

Keep worker information and assignments together. Authorised users can issue temporary mobile credentials from the worker profile.

Do workers need planner access?

Workers use their own mobile login. Platform permissions are managed separately for company administrators and planning users.

Discuss this in a demo
03 · Review with context

Requests & fatigue

Site-specific fatigue settings and a worker-request workflow being prepared for release.

Explore this area

Configured fatigue policies support site-level rules, including sites where a policy is disabled. Formal worker requests and configurable approvers are undergoing release validation.

Can each client use different rules?

Site fatigue settings are configurable. Your organisation supplies and approves its policies. Request approval and AI-assisted drafting will be described as available once their release checks are complete.

04 · Prepare for administration

Payroll & reporting

Roster-based reporting and export preparation, with review of unresolved payroll information.

Explore this area

Use planning information to support downstream administration. Payroll output requires review of mappings, approved leave evidence and the difference between planned hours and actual work.

Does the roster prove payable hours?

A roster shows planned work. Actual hours, pay rules and export mappings need verification before payroll use. We will review your reporting requirements and supported output during implementation.

05 · Understand your subscription

Billing & invoice history

Company billing and invoice-history tooling is undergoing activation and reconciliation checks.

Explore this area

The commercial offer includes the platform and worker mobile app. Automated billing is being validated against the agreed pricing and invoice records before activation.

What is included in the price?

The standard platform subscription is AUD $8 per billable worker per month, excluding GST, with a minimum of AUD $160 per month covering up to 20 billable workers. The 24-hour assignment grace applies, and each qualifying worker is counted once per company per calendar month. Optional implementation and extensions are agreed separately. Your order form records any different agreed pricing.

06 · Keep the context

Records & accountability

Review assignment changes, released instructions and the recorded decisions behind the plan.

Explore this area

Keep planning and communication context connected. Approval and withdrawal evidence form part of the formal request workflow being validated for release.

What should we confirm in a demo?

Ask us to show the history, role permissions and exports relevant to your process. We will identify the modules enabled for your organisation and any rollout requirements.

What makes a worker billable? A worker with a qualifying site assignment in the calendar month after the 24-hour assignment grace period has expired. Each worker is counted once per company per month. Once qualified, the full monthly charge applies even if they later become inactive or move sites. Calendar billing months follow UTC.

Read the pricing and billing terms. Different pricing expressly agreed in your order form continues to apply.

Practical details

Before you get started.

What should we bring to a demonstration?

A sample roster, your sites and required roles, rotation dates and work-code definitions are a useful starting point. Use fictional or anonymised information. We can then walk through the setup and reporting questions that matter to your team.

Can we use our own sites, roles and work codes?

The platform is configured around your sites, role requirements and planning arrangements. During setup, review your work-code definitions, rotation anchors and shift details with the planning team so the configuration reflects your operation.

How do worker imports and onboarding work?

Review the supported import fields and a small sample before importing your workforce. Check worker identities, roles, sites and dates, then verify the resulting profiles and assignments. Authorised company users manage each worker’s mobile credentials. Optional managed implementation includes worker imports, administrator training and go-live assistance within the agreed scope.

What should we check before using payroll exports?

Confirm your supported report format, work-code mappings and the evidence required for approved leave and corrections. Planned roster hours need to be distinguished from actual work and payable values. Payroll output requires review before use, and unresolved information may prevent an export.

Are requests, AI and automated billing available?

Formal worker requests, configurable approvers, AI-assisted drafting and automated billing are undergoing release validation. We will confirm the modules enabled for your organisation before you start. Invoice and subscription arrangements follow your agreed commercial terms.

What support and setup are included?

The platform subscription includes self-service setup, guides and standard support. Managed implementation is optional and includes configuration, worker imports, administrator training and go-live assistance within an agreed scope. Confirm support contacts and arrangements during onboarding.

Is the mobile app available now?

The iPhone version is available to invited teams through Apple's TestFlight service. Android and public store releases are planned. Contact us to discuss access for your team.

Do workers and planners use the same login?

Planners use the desktop platform. Workers receive company-managed credentials for the mobile app. Worker app access does not grant access to the Operations Planner.

Who receives a worker's message?

Messages go to the authorised shared planning team for the company. The conversation is available in the worker's app and the team's platform inbox, including for workers who are not currently assigned to a site.

Can we manage app passwords from the platform?

Authorised company users can manage app access and issue or reset temporary passwords from the worker's profile. Workers complete their own account setup in the app.

Can we see it with our workforce model?

Yes. A walkthrough can focus on your sites, role requirements, rotation patterns and the way your planning team coordinates with workers.
